Last updated: September 2026. These terms apply to your use of www.constructionrecruitmentagency.co.uk and the enquiry and registration services on it. By using the site you agree to them.

1. What we do

Construction Recruitment Agency is an introduction service. We take requirements from employers and registrations from workers and pass them to vetted recruitment partners who cover the relevant area. The supply of workers, the employment or engagement of workers, payment, insurance and compliance are matters between you and the recruitment partner that contacts you, under that partner's own terms.

2. Employers

• There is no upfront charge for posting a requirement or receiving contact from recruitment partners.
• Rates, charges, notice periods, replacement terms and temp-to-perm fees are agreed directly with the recruitment partner before any worker starts.
• You are responsible for site induction, site safety, and the working conditions of anyone on your site, including agency workers.
• Information on this site, including day rates, is a guide only and does not form part of any contract.

3. Candidates

• Registration is free. We will never charge a worker for finding them work.
• You confirm that the information you give is accurate and that you hold the cards and qualifications you say you hold.
• Any offer of work, rate of pay and terms of engagement come from the recruitment partner, not from us.

4. Your data

We handle your data as set out in our privacy policy. By ticking the consent box on our forms you agree to us sharing your details with recruitment partners covering your area.

5. Site content

We take care to keep the site accurate, but rates, planning data and activity information are sourced from third parties and change. We do not guarantee accuracy and are not liable for decisions made on the basis of it. Planning application data is reproduced from public council records under the Open Government Licence; we do not publish applicant names or contact details.

6. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud. Otherwise, our liability to you in connection with this site is limited to £100. We are not liable for the acts or omissions of recruitment partners or workers introduced through the site.

7. Acceptable use

You must not submit false enquiries, scrape the site, or use it to send unsolicited marketing. We may block access for misuse.

8. Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
