Last updated: September 2026. This policy explains what personal data Construction Recruitment Agency ("we", "us") collects through www.constructionrecruitmentagency.co.uk, why, who we share it with and your rights under UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.
Who we are
Construction Recruitment Agency operates this website. For anything to do with your data, email constructionrecruitmentteam@gmail.com.
What we collect
- Employer enquiries: company name, phone number, email, site postcode, the trade and numbers you need, start date, and your message.
- Candidate registrations: name, phone, email, home postcode, trade, cards held, experience and availability.
- Technical data: the page you submitted from, the time of submission, and standard server logs (IP address, browser type). We do not use advertising cookies.
Why we use it
- To respond to your enquiry and match your requirement or your availability with suitable recruitment partners.
- To keep a record of enquiries and placements for our business records.
- To send you information about the service where you have agreed to it. You can opt out at any time.
Our lawful basis is your consent (given when you tick the box on our forms) and, for employer enquiries, our legitimate interest in responding to a business enquiry.
Who we share it with
When you submit a requirement or register as a candidate, we share your details with vetted recruitment partners who cover your area, so they can contact you about supplying workers or offering work. We share only what they need to do that. We do not sell your data and we do not share it with anyone else for marketing.
Our forms are processed by FormSubmit (Devro LABS) and submissions are stored in Google Workspace. Both act as processors on our behalf under their own privacy policies.
How long we keep it
Enquiry and registration data is kept for 24 months from your last contact with us, then deleted, unless we need it longer for a legal or contractual reason.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of the data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, withdraw consent, or object to how we use it. Email constructionrecruitmentteam@gmail.com and we will respond within one month. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
Security
Data is transmitted over HTTPS and stored in access-controlled systems. Only people who need it to respond to your enquiry can see it.
Changes
We will update this page if our practices change. The date at the top tells you when it was last revised.
