What tradespeople ask us before registering.
Do I need a CSCS card?
For most site roles, yes. A green card covers labouring, blue for skilled trades, gold for supervisors. If you don't have one yet, our CSCS guide explains how to get it.
How will I be paid?
Weekly, by the agency that places you, either PAYE or CIS depending on the role and your status. The rate is agreed before you start.
How far will I have to travel?
You tell us. Most work is matched within 15 to 20 miles of your postcode, and we won't send you further than the range you give us.
Is there a fee for candidates?
No. It is illegal for an agency to charge workers for finding them work, and we never will.
Can I register for permanent roles?
Yes. Tell us in the form and we'll flag you for contract and permanent positions as well as temp work.
